1. Order confirmation
Right after your purchase, you will be receiving two emails.
The first email is your official invoice containing the complete list of your order and the second email will contain instructions on how to pay.
Kindly follow the steps given in the email. Once you have paid, send us a proof of your payment through our email account and wait for us to confirm its validity.
We bill orders from 4PM onwards daily.
Please be patient while our team sorts out your purchases.
2. Do you offer any discounts?
If a customer is going to repurchase the same product and return his/her used container, he/she will be given a small discount. (Amount varies per product.)
3. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, our physical store is only available for students of St. Scholastica's Academy Marikina. Our stall is located in front of the Student Development Center during recess and lunch time.
4. Can we resell your products?
In order to ensure the quality of our products, we do not offer reselling nor wholesale buying.
5. I sent you an inquiry, when will you be able to reply?
We will get back to you as soon as we can! We are composed of a small team but we will do our best to answer as much inquiries as we can.

1. Are your products vegan?
Our eyebrow and eyelash serum are 100% vegan. However, our lip balms, lip scrubs, and body scrubs are not vegan friendly because they contain honey.

2. When will you be able to ship out my orders and how long will it take to get to me?
Orders made from Sunday to Wednesday will be shipped out on THURSDAY.
Meanwhile, orders made from Thursday to Saturday will be shipped out on SATURDAY.
Tracking details for your order will be sent as soon as the shipment has been made. Please note that once we have sent your tracking details, anything that happens with your package is NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL. We make sure to pack your items meticulously before shipment. Any damages incurred during shipment would NOT be our liability.
Shipping will take around 2-7 days.
3. What if I missed my package?
If your courier has attempted delivery of your order and you missed it, we urge you to contact them directly.
Couriers have very strict rules and you must be responsible for mediating with them regarding re-delivering your package.
We cannot assist you in this aspect as your package is already in your area.
4. Missing items?
In rare cases that we forget an item in your order, we offer 100% refunds. If this happens, please contact us immediately.
